Financial Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Financial Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records in line with IFRS. The role follows well-established processes and offers a structured working environment.

Tasks

Maintain accounting records, including revenues, expenses, and assets
Perform basic depreciation calculations and update fixed asset registers
Process payments and support liquidation activities with proper documentation
Review and process travel expense reimbursements in line with company policies
Assist in preparing financial data for reporting and audits
Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal procedures
Follow established accounting processes and support the finance team in daily operations

Requirements

Around 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Business English
Knowledge of Albanian tax legislation is a plus
Basic knowledge of German (Deutsch) is an advantage
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
