Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an early career test engineer for our Ocala, Florida location.
Specific duties include: test procedure development; test planning and preparation; test procedure execution; coordinate system resources to support testing; support test development, integration, anomaly resolution and corrective action as required; debug and fix test software anomalies as required; troubleshoot test equipment and support troubleshooting efforts of the production hardware; support off-hours testing and associated projects as needed. This role requires knowledge/experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environment. Additionally, the ability to interpret test requirements, implement requirement based test methodologies, and utilizing statistical data analysis is required.
Ocala Operations is a multi-shift manufacturing facility that build circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electro- assemblies. The facility currently has over 1200 employees and provides products to six Missiles and Fire Control sites. Ocala specializes in both low volume high mix and high volume production that has a combination of automated processes as well as labor intensive manufacturing.
Ocala Operations has a represented manufacturing workforce that is supported by a strong engineering and operations support team.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
- This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Hardware troubleshooting experience.
- Experience both with analog and digital circuits.
- Experience with RF circuits.
- Familiarity with common electronic test equipment.
- Ability to interpret test requirements and electrical test results.
- Ability to conduct detailed failure analysis, and develop and implement root cause and corrective actions.
- Previous experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and National Instrument LabWindows CVI, TestStand and LabView.
- Team player and the ability to work with multiple other functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
