* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Education & Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, and 2+ years of work-related experience.
* 5+ years of related engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a Master’s degree
* Prior Material Review Board (MRB) authorization
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
* Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing support environments
* Prior MRB authorization within defense programs
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

* Researches engineering design principles to support the resolution of product and process issues
* Analyzes non-conformances and assists in developing engineering dispositions
* Performs root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues
* Supports preparation of technical communications and documentation
* Collects and evaluates data to identify trends and product improvement opportunities
* Participates in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams
* Identifies deviations impacting design intent, quality, and safety
* Assists in the development of interim repair solutions for structural discrepancies
