Qualifications you Must Have:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience Engineering/Other Technical Positions
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Extensive experience in project engineering, particularly in aviation interiors
- Proficiency in NX and Teamcenter software
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to managing budgets and maximizing profitability
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals
- Experience in research development and/or new product development

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
