What are your contributions to the team?
  • Research, design and evaluate new technical concepts or emerging technologies,
  • Validate these concepts in the Innovation laboratory with actual mockups,
  • Organize and attend design reviews taking into consideration industry regulations, Bombardier Aerospace Design Practices and requirements,
  • Complete dataset preliminary review (SVCD, PCD, Detail/Assy/Instl, ICD, CCD)
  • Participate in Change Management Process (PCR/RFC/RFQ/C&O) and incorporate changes into deliverables.
  • Validate aircraft configuration (WA/STV/CCS/CCS/RAL) in order to ensure the customer specifications are respected.
  • Organize and attend design reviews taking into consideration industry regulations, Bombardier Aerospace Design Practices and engineering requirements.
  • Define technical specifications as well as mechanical/electrical & systems interfaces.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You have a university degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • You cumulate at least 5 years of pertinent experience
  • You have experience in working with Enovia / Enovia PLM and Catia V5 (must)
  • You have the ability to understand complex engineering issues and are innovative in problem solving.
  • You are well organized and are project oriented
  • You must be a self-motivated person, a team player able to work under pressure
  • You have good communication skills including good English writing skills, and good English and French verbal skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
