The Boeing Company is looking for a Facilities/Workspace Strategist based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
In this role, you’ll cultivate meaningful connections with teams, including the Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) team in Oklahoma City, supporting the B-1 and E-7 programs, and Presidential Flight Operations. Your goal is to understand their unique space requirements and provide tactical and strategic facilities solutions to support the business.

Position Responsibilities:
Workplace Strategy: Develop strategies and plans for owned and leased facilities to support an ever-evolving business with 1 million square feet of office, lab, high-bay space and grounds.
Optimize Space: Coordinate moves within our buildings to maximize office capacity and ensure a comfortable work environment
Develop Projects: Gather specifications and create project estimates based on requests from business partners, presenting detailed option pros and cons for their review
Collaborate with Project Management: Partner with project management to implement approved plans per requirements
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

2+ years of experience planning events or space utilization
Experience with AutoCAD & developing or supporting estimates
Project management experience
Experience in resolving problems and providing a high-level of customer service
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years related work experience, 10 years related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $73,100 – $98,900
