BAE Systems is looking for a C4ISR Field Service Engineer (FSR) Maintainer that is capable of seamlessly integrating into a fielded unit comprised of Foreign Military, DoD, and DoD contractors. The position requires extensive OCONUS travel (75 away from the home station), so the FSR should be dependable, trustworthy, customer focused, an effective communicator, a self-starter, and prepared to lead in all endeavors.

A successful candidate must be able to plan and perform fielded system installation and intermediate maintenance tasks to include system testing, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs with little to no supervision. Additional responsibilities include supporting Site Activations, end-user Training, Technical Visits, and Field Support/Sustainment at designated fielding sites, as directed by the Program Manager.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Active/Current Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI in the future
8 years of experience as an Electronics Technician
8-12 years of SIGINT, COMINT, RF Expertise/Background/Knowledge
6 years of experience using RF related test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and time domain reflectometers
6 years of experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repair of RF systems, wired and wireless networks, and cryptographic equipment
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Experience generating detailed, actionable test and evaluation reports is a must
Medically qualified to deploy overseas with Department of Defense overseas
Willing and Qualified to Deploy in support of Program OCONUS Requirements
Willing to deploy 75% to 100% OCONUS
Current US Passport or qualified to obtain passport
Ability to provide assistance to company engineers or customer personnel investigating failures and detecting technical deficiencies; investigates methods by which those failures and deficiencies can be eliminated

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Experienced in H/W and S/W systems integration
Knowledge of Windows, Power Point, Word and Excel or similar programs required
Linux OS experience
Avionics/Electronics Maintenance and Troubleshooting knowledge
Analyst/Ground Station Operator knowledge
SIGINT/COMINT Operator experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
