Job Description:
ACCOUNTABILITYProduct Lifecycle Management: To perform end-to-end accountabilities on design, develop, deploy, monitor, support and retire all Collaboration Tools, then ensuring the highest efficiency, effectiveness and quality to meet organizational needs.
Configuration and Development: Be the local system administrator in charge of all kinds of configurations and its deployment.
Technical Troubleshooting and Maintenance: As local Level 3 support for all Collaboration Tools issues and inquiries. And perform routine maintenance tasks, changes and updates.
Project Management: Continuously act as lead for all Collaboration product projects or relevant work packages of projects. Ensure the on-time, on budget and on quality delivery of projects.
Enhancing User Adoptions: Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Meanwhile, implement appropriate tools & methods all along the projects such as communication action plan, training, knowledge transfer, involvement workshops etc.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with Digital team members and other departments to implement new features and functionalities.
Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures. Generate regular reports on license, budget plan, knowledge articles, request, incidents, and resolutions for management review.
To boost User Experience, and act as the key role of communication & escalations, he/she also has the responsibilities below:
- Maintain a closer relationship with Business Interfaces (ISRs, Assistants, Key Users, Focal Points, etc.) to ensure the information, pain points, complaints, priorities are well communicated between Digital China and its internal clients.
- To identify the cross-functional topics which clients suffered. Lead the Digital China team to find resolutions and perform end-to-end accountabilities until its final closure.
- Also act as an escalation channel for high urgency cases (e.g., related to production and delivery of aircrafts), drumbeat and communicate with clients to ensure the cases will be quickly resolved. . .
QUALIFICATION1. EDUCATION: with Master degree, in Computer Science or Business Information Technology.
2. EXPERIENCE: 8-10 years IT background working experience in a MNC company and at least 3 years entitled as a Product Manager (practical experience on Google Workspace is a plus). Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 solutions for diverse clients.
3. CERTIFICATION:
- ITIL
- PMP
- Other relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Google Workspace Administrator) are a plus
4. LANGUAGE: fluent English both in written and oral speaking
5. KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Expert knowledge with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Appscript).
- Familiarity with other IT systems, application and integrations between front & back ends.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing SCCM, VMware or other MDM solutions will be a plus.
6. ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding presentation skills both in Mandarin and English, with the ability to tailor technical information to different audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
