TERM: Full-Time Regular
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance Department
COMPENSATION: $40.70-43.45 per hour. Qualified candidates will be placed within the range based on industry experience. Training and
opportunities for growth are available, employees may be moved into the next higher range(s), depending on achievements of milestones
such as ACA licensing, leadership responsibilities, or increased aircraft experience. In addition to hourly wage, we provide stipends for
participation in our health & safety committee, first aid, shift differential, etc. We annually review compensation range structures, adjusting
them in line with our wage ranges, spanet standards and industry benchspans. The total compensation package also includes financial
benefits such as RRSP matching, employee referral reward, revenue sharing, service rewards, holiday gift cards, additional stipends such as
Shift Differential, Tool, Uniform, and etc. Vacation starts at 4 of wages increasing at set years of service (vacation rolls over from year to
year), personal days, and sick days in line or better than federal regulations and banked overtime agreement is available etc. Relocation
reimbursement at the rate of 1 dollar per km capped at $5,000 CAD.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain, repair and overhaul aircraft maintained by the Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO):
o Cessna series including 208B, PC-12, DeHavilland DHC 2, DHC2 (T) DHC3(T), DHC 6, Robinson Piston Helicopters, Quest
Kodiak 100 series, Gippsland single piston, Grumman twin piston, Weatherly, and additional aircraft as per our AMO
Ratings
• Carry out all tasks per our maintenance control manual and maintenance policy manual
• Assist in in training and coaching of Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineers
• Carry out additional work as directed by the Person Responsible for Maintenance/Director of Maintenance (PRM/DOM) or their
delegates
QUALIFICATIONS/ASSETS
• Highschool Completion

• AME (M1) license; or A&P, IA, EASA (B1 and/or B2), LAME, SACAA, or an equivalent license/certification and be eligible to obtain
the AME (M1) license from Transport Canada
• Clear and proven commitment to safety (for yourself and others) in line with our “Safety First” mandate
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced and safety-sensitive environment
• The ability and desire to work in a close-knit, team-based environment
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently
• Due to nature of industry, the ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions at both water and land bases
EXPERIENCE
• 5 years experience with Cessna series including 208B, PC-12, DeHavilland DHC 2, DHC3(T), DHC 6 or similar aircraft type
• Piston and turbine engine experience (R985 and PT6) is an asset
• Ability to carry out sheet metal repairs is an asset
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English both written and spoken is required
