What are your contributions to the team?
- Take charge of the resolution and troubleshooting of technical problems with the various stakeholders
- Work closely with the engineering, production, supplier, logistics and quality function;
- Investigate the root causes of technical problems and analyze potential solutions by evaluating the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production;
- Be on the lookout for ways to improve problem-solving strategies
- Participate in the technical implementation of new products
- Ensure cohesion on the evolution of the product and its issues with the various departments. (CSE, CRC, Integration Engineering, etc.)
- Develop and share technical capsules on the product in order to equip the avionics population
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a technical college diploma in avionics or a maintenance technique and/or equivalent experience;
- You have 5 years of avionics experience on the Global or you have 5 years of experience in the technical department of Bombardier.
- You are able to work under pressure.
- You have a good analytical mind and good problem-solving logic;
- You have an excellent team spirit, you are recognized for your perseverance and your judgment;
- You have a developed customer-oriented spirit and possess good interpersonal communication skills;
- You are familiar with the Ms Office suite software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- You are fluent in French, both orally and in writing, and you have a good knowledge of English;
- You have a great knowledge of aircraft systems and how they work.
- You are proficient in Bombardier technical documentation (AMM, SB, BAPS, CMM, etc.)
- You have a natural leadership
