Job Title: Electronics Repair TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Repair Technician for a 12-month contract role with the possibility of extension or direct hire. This is a safety-sensitive position within our Power & Electrical division, which comprises over 50 product lines related to power generation, including GPUs, rectifiers, and transformers. You will be responsible for assembling and repairing electronic aircraft components at a bench, adhering to technical data and Turn-Around-Time (TAT) requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and repair electronic aircraft components in accordance with technical data.
- Solder electronic components and use other tooling.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with Turn-Around-Time (TAT) requirements.
- Perform shop audits as scheduled.
- Participate in shop and facility continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain methods, operation sequence, and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
- Perform area cleaning and maintenance as posted or required.

Work Environment
The work is performed in a clean, FAA-audited facility, with all tasks conducted at a bench. The typical work schedule is from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The products you will be working on are approximately the size of two shoeboxes.
