JOB TITLE: Aircraft Electrical Installation - Entry Level - Free Housing Support

PAY RATE: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

12-month contract with opportunities for extension

Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, and LTD through Cigna after working 30 days on contract

Summary:

Performs routine production assembly on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, aircraft systems, and accessories. Tasks include:

Building connectors, splicing wires, crimping, and terminating wires

Installing connectors to receptacles and electronic components

Performing repairs and rework based on engineering instructions

Fiber optic cleaning, inspection, light loss testing, and installation

Bond & Ground tasks including CRNs, jumpers, ground stud installation, and resistance testing

Verifying installations and ensuring First Pass Quality (FPQ) per engineering specifications

Ensuring FAA compliance with Quality Management System

Routing wire harnesses to supports per blueprint specifications for the 787 program

Required Skills:

1+ years of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints/specifications

Ability to work variable shifts

Minimum 1 year of relevant electrical manufacturing and/or aviation experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Strong communication skills, work ethic, and sense of urgency

Experience in wire routing, dressing, hook-ups, resistance/continuity checks, and basic wire repair
