Collins Aerospace is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst,  to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will support high-volume hiring initiatives across the Americas, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors to deliver top talent in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

This is a remote position. Preference will be given to candidates located near our Mexicali, Mexico sites to support occasional travel needs. 

• Partner with Senior Talent Acquisition Advisors across the Americas to fill critical roles quickly and effectively 

• Review job descriptions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards 

• Utilize sourcing, recruiting, and networking tools to identify and attract qualified talent when applicant flow is limited 

• Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and qualifications against role requirements 

• Guide candidates through the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience 

• Maintain real-time and accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and data integrity 

• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable local, state/provincial, and federal/national employment laws and regulations 

• Leverage recruiting tools and labor spanet insights to provide competitive intelligence and hiring trends 

• Generate and analyze recruiting reports and data relevant to assigned areas of responsibility 

• Support Talent Acquisition reporting leveraging Excel and PowerPoint.  

• Typically Requires a University degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. 

• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 

• Customer-service mindset with a consistent focus on professionalism and responsiveness 

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 

• Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn and grow 

• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment to recommend process and system improvements 

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with peers and key stakeholders
