THE WORK
The selected candidate will be responsible for subcontract administration in support of multiple domestic and international programs under the Undersea Warfare (USW) business portfolio located in Manassas, VA.

Primary job responsibilities will include supplier invoice processing & reporting, generating, managing, and updating purchase order documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures, monitoring subcontract performance against contract and SOW requirements, and generating modifications and monitoring funding status.

Secondary responsibilities include support to LM proposals by establishing Proprietary Information Agreements, generating RFP packages, analyzing and evaluating proposals, validating proposal compliancy, and supporting supplier negotiations on price and terms & conditions, including prime contract flow-downs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge in subcontract administration including experience with various contract types (fixed price, Time & material, cost-based). Ability to work in fast paced, multi-tasking environment.

- Ability and commitment to drive closure of actions across the team as required, and to complete supplier sourcing tasks to achieve subcontract commitments.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - specifically Excel.

- Attention to detail and accuracy are critical. Self-starter.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance, requires U.S. citizenship
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in Sourcing roles/Supply Chain roles in a Government Procurement environment with FAR and DFAR experience.

- Procure to Pay (P2P) Experience (or similar ERP/SAP system).

- Experience in supporting proposals and invoice processing & reporting.

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, or related field.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
