• The Payroll Analyst primarily performs advanced payroll analysis and system-related configurations.

• The following duties are essential to the successful and satisfactory performance of this job.


• Other duties may be assigned.


• Configure payroll system to ensure operational efficiency and accurate payroll processing.


• Perform post-payroll analyses and audits to ensure external and internal payroll compliance.


• Research and resolve complex payroll deviations.


• Make recommendations for process and system improvements within Payroll, HR, Finance and Business Systems.


• Collaborate with external and internal business partners to review, implement and test system enhancements.


• Provide support to internal team regarding system functionality and deviations.


• Prepare ad-hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders.


• Lead foreign payroll process execution in compliance with internal policies and regulations.

• Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field

• 8-10 years of related experience

• Advanced knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
• Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications
• Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and common business applications
• Excellent customer service skills
• Critical Thinking skills
• Core mathematics skills
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Inductive and deductive reasoning abilities
