ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
Our OptiFlight solution is a key pillar in SITA’s commitment to greener, more sustainable aviation by enabling flight and air traffic optimization.
Reporting to the Product Monitoring and Reporting Leader, the PMR Analyst is overall responsible for the following key activities:
- Onboarding new tails for our customers in operations
- Create and validate Savings Reports
- Assist customer with any change request they may need
- Monitoring of internal SLAs and performance metrics
- Provide support to help manage incidents: investigations and troubleshooting
You will collaborate with various functions within SITA FOR AIRCRAFT, such as Engineering & Technology, Product, and other colleagues across the company, located in more than 20 countries (Canada, United States, France, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Spain, and others).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own operational activities such as creation and validation of Savings Reports
- Follow up with airlines after implementation
- Custom requests/analysis from the airlines
- Investigation of issues with application
- Manage Pilot communication (pilot notification/pilot webinar meeting)
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years as Flight Operations Engineer or similar roles
- Airlines operations
- Flight dynamics knowledge
- Able to manage pilot discussion on operation and procedures
- Bachelor In Aeronautics Engineering
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Data analysis/Quality check
- Coding knowledge is optional (bash)
