Play a Critical Role in Next Generation Aerospace ProductionPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail driven Systems & Test Manufacturing Planner to support our partnership with a leading aerospace innovator. In this influential role, you will directly support the build, producibility, and certification of all 737 derivative aircraft—helping drive increased production rates and manufacturing excellence.
About the RoleThis full time, 6 month consulting position places you at the heart of production planning for one of the world’s most recognizable aircraft programs. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure manufacturing plans, tooling requirements, and installation instructions are accurate, efficient, and aligned with engineering needs.
Location: Renton, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Range Starting at : $39.17 - $45.00 per hour
Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance required
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Systems & Test Manufacturing Planner, you will help improve producibility and manufacturing accuracy by supporting installation planning, cross team coordination, and technical issue resolution. Key responsibilities include:
Updating and revising Installation Plans in CAPP II and CMES systems.
Creating and revising Out Of Sequence Installation Plans (OSIPs) to support Engineering and Planning releases.
Coordinating and integrating with Manufacturing Engineering teams, Production, and Engineering functions.
Investigating and resolving manufacturing related issues in a fast paced operational environment.
Ensuring high quality of work instructions, bills of materials, and visual illustrations used by manufacturing personnel.
Reviewing and approving supplier data to confirm manufacturing requirements are met.
Providing tooling requirements based on engineering and production needs.
Required Qualifications1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing production environment.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
1 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Associate level or equivalent).
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications3+ years of related experience (Mid Level).
6+ years of related experience (Senior Level).
Experience with Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems, including:
Education and experience combinations such as:
Associate degree + 3 or more years related experience
Bachelor’s degree + 1 or more years related experience
5 or more years of equivalent hands on experience

Pay Details: $39.17 to $45.00 per hour
