Job DescriptionSurvival Flight is now accepting resumes for a full-time Communications Specialist position in Batesville, AR. The Communications Specialist is responsible for receiving, coordinating, and following through to conclusion all requests for Survival Flight by following established protocols and procedures. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts working 3 days on 4 days off, then 4 days on 3 days off.

Requirements:
- Previous dispatching experience; medical dispatching preferred
- Two-way radio proficiency
- Effective communication and speaking skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and think critically under stressful situations
- EMT/EMD certification preferred
