Role Summary
* In this role, you will be responsible for assembling metal structure components with precision and efficiency. You will work from blueprints and production orders while operating hand and power tools in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Regular and predictable attendance is required, and a strong commitment to quality and safety is essential. Education & Job Requirements
* You must have
* Education and experience are typically acquired through basic education, such as a High School Diploma or GED.
* Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed. Preferred Skills
* You will have
* A minimum of 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* A minimum of 3 months of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing environments.
* Experience working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data.
* Experience with Lean Principles, including Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5S tools. Job Duties & Functions
* You will be able
* Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks.
* Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
* Assemble and install wire harnesses and avionics products.
* Perform basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation.
* Apply routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements.
* Work on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements. Physical Requirements

* Perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
* Lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
