Job Description – Executive, Junior Digital MarketingAt Ikhlas.com, we are building a strong digital spaneting team to support the growth of our platform and services. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Executive, Junior Digital Marketing to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital spaneting campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their career in digital spaneting and performance spaneting, while gaining hands-on experience with advertising platforms, campaign optimization, and digital analytics. You will work closely with the spaneting, creative, and data teams to support campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring paid digital spaneting campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads.
Support the creation and testing of target audience segments, including lookalike audiences, website audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Work with the creative team to prepare and test different ad creatives, visuals, and messaging.
Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing ads to improve engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Conduct basic performance analysis and reporting on campaign results.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve digital spaneting performance.
Assist in maintaining campaign documentation, tracking reports, and spaneting dashboards.
Stay updated with the latest digital spaneting trends, tools, and best practices.
Gain exposure to other areas of digital spaneting such as SEO, CRM, analytics, and spaneting automation.
Support the team in maintaining a collaborative, positive, and results-driven work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in digital spaneting, performance spaneting, or related roles.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of digital spaneting platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other spaneting analytics tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with different teams.
Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint are an added advantage.
