Job Description:
Role Introduction

The Dining Standards and Enablement Specialist sits under the Customer Experience and Design Department, mainly responsible for supporting the governance, controlling and communicating the operational dining standards and documentation across the network. You will be responsible for ensuring the supplier-facing manuals, specifications and operational instructions are accurate, up-to-date and distributed in a timely and structured manner. You will also be responsible for providing day-to-day documentation coordination and readiness support and enabling Dining Performance teams to manage suppliers effectively without operational ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update supplier-facing documentation including service updates and operational guidance; and executive structured version control processes, ensuring all documentation changes are logged, traceable and approved before release
  • Prepare and distribute change packs and implementation notices to suppliers and internal stakeholders; and track acknowledgement and confirmation of receipt for key documentation updates
  • Support the preparation of readiness materials for menu launches, equipment rollouts and service updates; and maintain master documentation registers and ensure archived versions are securely stored
  • Coordinate document formatting, standardisation and quality control to ensure clarity and consistency; and monitor documentation compliance queries from suppliers and escalate recurring issues to the Assistant Manager
  • Assist in preparing structured responses to supplier questions regarding specifications and operational requirements; and support readiness planning for new stations, caterer transitions or contract changes through documentation preparation
  • Maintain non-site-specific contract documentation and assist in tracking service compliance metrics; and support internal alignment by ensuring systems data reflects approved standards in coordination with Commercial and Systems teams, including that live schedule update and change information is acted upon in a timely manner
  • Assist in preparing enablement dashboards, readiness trackers and change implementation reports; and identify inconsistencies, duplication or outdated standards and flag for correction
  • Support audit preparation by ensuring documentation records are complete and accessible; and assist in coordinating training materials and supplier briefing documents as required
  • Maintain structured communication logs relating to standards changes and implementation timelines; and provide cross-coverage support across regions or portfolios to ensure continuity
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying documentation and reducing operational friction
Requirements
  • Tertiary education or Degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in airline operations, project coordination, logistics or supply chain
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin an advantage
  • Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)
