About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about precision? We are seeking a Data Entry Associate to join our team in Fort Collins, CO. In this role, you will support calibration and compliance processes by reviewing certificates, managing data in SAP, and assisting with equipment tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in SAP.
• Review, download, and upload calibration certificates of conformance.
• Identify equipment and update calibration due date stickers as needed.
• Detect inconsistencies on certificates and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Interpret and follow work instructions and calibration standards.
• Assist personnel with tool location and availability inquiries.
• Communicate Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) findings per calibration procedures.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Indy Soft, AS9100, and ISO17025 requirements.
