The role we are offering you:
During your work term you will collaborate with the Logistics team on several initiatives, including the updating of process and procedures documents in the Quality System.
Beyond what you will be working on, you will:
gain experience working in a large, evolving global organization
have the opportunity to develop practical knowledge and experience by being part of a highly competent and dynamic team.
Gain experience working on a Canadian Military base including exposure to Military Aircrafts and Live Flying operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Setup and maintain soft/hard copies of required documentation in the Information Filing System.
Review, revise, and develop process and procedures documents.
Your responsibilities can evolve, and flex based on your strengths and development interests.
Preferred educational background:
Completing an undergraduate or graduate program in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Self starter who can successfully plan, manage and execute multiple projects at the same time;
Enthusiastic, self directed learner with a high level of curiosity, and attention to detail
Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment;
Collaborative team player
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
Experience working with templates and reformatting documents.

Internship will be carried out in person.
Candidate must successfully pass a security evaluation per the requirements of the Controlled Goods Directorate of Canada and to CAE being able to obtain all necessary re-transfer authorization in compliance with US ITAR regulations.
*For all interns hired, we will reimburse the internship costs for up to $250 per intern upon presentation of supporting documents.
