Conditions of employment - US Citizenship is required.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the requirements stated below:
Applicants must provide a resume which demonstrates and/or show that you possess the specialized work experience in your work history. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized Experience: Applicants must provide a resume which demonstrates and/or show that you possess the specialized work experience in your work history. The successful candidate will be familiar with telephone and data cables, wiring, digital voice/data communication circuits and related systems and devices. Must have knowledge of telecommunications networks, ability to assess technical requirements, specifications, and site surveys. Hands on experience with all telecommunications systems including peripheral equipment (e.g. Computer networks, optical fiber, on site controllers, data modems, terminals, etc). Must have adequate interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to oversee and coordinate telecommunications activities, document requests, activities, specifications, and installation plans.”
Applicants must show experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility that is appropriate to the position. Generally, experience at the next lower level (pay band H/Career Level III or equivalent), meets the minimum qualification requirements as long as your experience supports the "Demonstrated Abilities" identified within the "Application Questionnaire" section.

Salary Range without Locality Pay
FV-I Minimum $77,351 - Maximum $119,883
Salary range with Locality Payment:
Fort Worth, TX - 27.26% - Band minimum $98,437 Band maximum $152,563
Bethany, OK - 17.06% - Band minimum-$90,547 Band maximum-$140,335
