Accountabilities
The jobholder is responsible for the oversight, delivery and performance of the below provided
across all the contracts under Airbus Flight Hour Services (FHS) scope managed by the
Central Plateau.
● Coordinating with Authorities, OEMs and third party vendors to get continuous inputs of
technical data and latest updates on behalf of the airline, Airbus FHS.
● Distributing Technical Publication to Airlines, TSP and MRO
● Maintaining an effective document control system.
● Organizing and managing access to relevant technical data through a Document
Management System

Main activities
The jobholder will perform the following actions to support Flight Hour Services(FHS) / Tailored Support Package (TSP) contracts:
Publication Controller Scope
● Continuously monitor airworthiness directives (AD) and bi-weekly reports publication and maintain efficiently the relevant repositories,
● Preparation of bi-weekly reports for applicable ADs to the TSP customer fleets,
● Manage access and coordinate with OEMs, vendors and third parties to capture technical data publications (SB, VSB, AOT, OIT, TFU, ALS, MPD) on behalf of the airline and maintain relevant repositories,
Ensure balanced assignment of Technical Publication for review to the engineers and checkers
● Ensure tracking of actions as required (eg. customer acceptance)
● Ensure priorities management as per agreed priority matrix
● Manage and update soft copy of all technical publications on relevant drive
● Manage non Type Certificate holder technical data to maintain and give access to all concerned teams.
Technical Librarian Scope
● Review EASA, FAA & DGCA website for relevant latest documents and inform the customer as per requirements.
● Consolidate & Circulate monthly report informing all stakeholders about the current revision of the Publications. This monthly report shall also include Advance copies of Airbus & IAE publications, List of Memo and Inspection Notices, Revision status of all ADs/SBs along with AD/SB/VSB complied in that specific month.
● Receive approved Technical Publication from customer & upload the same in the Library record system, distributed to relevant stakeholders and uploaded in database
● Distribution of relevant Technical Publication to outstations as required and ensuring acknowledgement & follow up.

Required Skills
● Minimum diploma qualification
● 2 years of experience in a technical library or as a document controller in the aviation industry
● Good knowledge of Continued Airworthiness Management
● Familiarization with OEMs and associated technical publications
● High proficiency in computer skill
● Good organization skills
● Excellent team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Organisation structure
The jobholder reports directly to the Avionics-Airframe systems and Airworthiness- Tech Library Cell Manager who is in close coordination with the other Engineering managers to support their daily activities.
