Position Summary
Are you detail-driven, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join us and play a vital role in our Finance department. With your expertise in SAP and passion for precision you’ll help us maintain seamless financial operations while being part of a dynamic and innovative global company.
The position is temporary till the end of December 2025.
Your mission
- Managing Accounts Payable Workflow: independently oversee the accounts payable processes, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately in SAP.
- Reconciliation: check and resolve any discrepancies of vendor accounts.
- Processing Advance Payments: handle the requests and ensure timely and proper documentation.
- Maintaining Supplier Master Data: update and manage supplier records in the system.
- Processing Travel & Expenses Reports: review, verify and process submissions to support employees and maintain compliance with company policies.
- Supporting Audits: assist in preparing documentation and providing insights during internal and external audits.
- Ensuring Compliance: review processes to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal frameworks.

Your mission
- Commercial diploma or equivalent with proven experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of financial systems.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); French is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a sense of humor who thrives in a collaborative setting.
